Certified Translation

We are a government-registered translation company in Hong Kong and the member of the Global Translation Association (ATA). A “Certificate of Translation’ will be issued for all certified translation which declares the validness and accuracy of the translation. Each certificate documents the details of the translation team and our certificates are accepted by HKSAR Government, including the immigration department, transport department, marriage registry, as well as foreign consulates and universities. You can be confident that your needs will be met when using our expertise for translating official documents.

For certificates and official documents issued by foreign offices in other languages, our clients can trust that we will always produce a true and accurate translation. We understand that for legal reasons, official documents such as contracts or court documents, require the highest level of accuracy. On receiving a request for translation from a client, we will ensure to cross reference the topic to identify the nature of the content or industry and assign the translation task to a dedicated team of experts who have the relevant experience with the industry or topic to be translated. This ensures that industry terms are understood and translated appropriately. All translations are then proofread by an experienced editor and the project leader will also cross check to ensure accuracy and layout. We understand that fast, quality translations are critical for our clients. Our procedures ensure the most accurate and professional documents are created to give our clients the confidence they need.
