For each project, we select a team of translators and ensure professional and accurate translation. We will select the team who specialise in that field of expertise to ensure the best outcome for our clients. All our translations are performed by professional humans for both translation and editing. We never use machines, but do employ the latest technology for cost-efficiency and quality to reuse and keep track of repetitive text and industry specific language, saving time and cost, as repeated text does not need to be translated time and again.
For each of our regular and long-term clients, we create and maintain a unique and dedicated term base for industry specific language, product names and other words that are consistent with multiple translations. We are able to track usage of these terms to ensure consistency of wording and language.
Our Procedures
On receiving a request for interpretation from a client, we will ensure to cross reference the topic to identify the nature of the content or industry and assign the interpretation task to a dedicated team of experts who have the relevant experience with the industry or topic. In order to ensure that interpreter’s qualification, voice, ascent match client’s taste, we are pleased to share interpreter’s CV and recording reference upon client’s request, Besides, any briefing call with interpreter is always welcome that both client and interpreter could understand more about each other expectations and needs. Last but not least, client shall share the meeting’s PPT, infomation and agenda not less than 3 days before the meeting date that interpreter does have enough preparation time.

How would EurAsia ensure confidentiality when we share the meeting materials？
EurAsia emphasises confidentiality. We have signed a non-disclosed agreement with each translator/interpreter/engineer, as well as our salesperson and project leader.
Is there any cedrtificate proving translated document from EurAsia？
Yes, a “Certificate of Translation” will be provided for personal certified translation like birth certificate, bank statement, academic report etc.
This document certifies that the translation is true and correct.
Does your translation be accepted by government or university？
EurAsia is a government-recognized translation company and our services are accepted by official governments, universities and banks.
Would the translator's information be disclosed？
Due to confidential issue, no any information of translator will be disclosed. For special request, CV of translator can be provided.
We need translation into a language which is not mentioned on your languages page. What can I do?

Does EurAsia use machine translation or human translator？
EurAsia offers 100% human translation services. Our team of professional translators localizes your content. All our translators are native speakers of the targeted language.
Is there any free revision period？
Minimum 7 days revision period is offered for each translation project, depending on the project’s size. In case you find an error in our translation, just come back to us and we shall do the needful. *Excluding any adjustment of content
