How would EurAsia ensure confidentiality when we share the meeting materials?

EurAsia emphasises confidentiality. We have signed a non-disclosed agreement with each translator/interpreter/engineer, as well as our salesperson and project leader.

Is there any certificates proving translated document from EurAsia?

Yes, a “Certificate of Translation” will be provided for personal certified translation like birth certificate, bank statement, academic report etc.
This document certifies that the translation is true and correct.

Does your translation be accepted by government or university?

EurAsia is a government-recognized translation company and our services are accepted by official governments, universities and banks.

Would the translator’s information be disclosed?

Due to confidential issue, no any information of translator will be disclosed. For special request, CV of translator can be provided.

We need translation into a language which is not mentioned on your languages page. What can I do?

In case you do not find the source/targeted language you need in our languages page, just contact us by email sales@euasia-translation.hk or call us at +852 2102 7040 or fill in contact form. We provide a solution.

What kind of payment will be accepted?

We accept payment in cash, cheque, bank transfer, Paypal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, Payme.

Translation & Interpretation

Does EurAsia use machine translation or human translators?

EurAsia offers 100% human translation services. Our team of professional translators localizes your content. All our translators are native speakers of the targeted language.

Is there any free revision period?

Minimum 7 days revision period is offered for each translation project, depending on the project’s size. In case you find an error in our translation, just come back to us and we shall do the needful. *Excluding any adjustment of content

Does EurAsia offer any free sample?

Yes, EurAsia offers free sample translation for quality evaluation purposes. Please Contact Us for more details.

May we phone with the proposed interpreter(s) before confirming the booking?

Yes, free phone call with interpreter can be arranged. Please Contact us for details.

Will our meeting content be recorded?

Recording will only be proceeded upon client’s request due to confidentiality. Salesperson will reconfirm with client before event.
